Return Policy
Right of withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
Under Swedish law (Distansavtalslagen), you have a right of withdrawal of at least 14 days from the day you receive the goods. No reason is required. You can use this right by clearly informing us of your decision to withdraw (e.g. by email or post) within the 14-day period.
For full information and the standard withdrawal form, see Konsumentverket (Swedish Consumer Agency): If the customer cancels the distance purchase (Konsumentverket). You can also use their model form for withdrawal if the seller has not provided one.
